What people ask beforehand
Is VAT included?+
No, all amounts are exclusive of VAT. For a company in the EU outside Belgium, VAT is reverse-charged, provided you give a valid VAT number.
How do I cancel?+
With an email. A monthly subscription stops at the end of the month you paid for, a yearly one at the end of the year. No notice period and no penalty.
On how many devices may it run?+
The licence is tied to the device you activate it on. Working at the office and on a laptop on site? Say so — we will sort that out.
What happens after the fourteen-day trial?+
Nothing, unless you choose it. The trial ends by itself; nothing is charged without your consent.
Does it work without internet?+
Yes. The program runs on your own computer. The licence checks in now and then to confirm it is valid; if that fails for a while, it simply keeps working.
